Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and operational capacity.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, or requirements of the property differ from the original description.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by DustEdit Cleaning Services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including property access information, service requirements, and contact details.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for services will be communicated before the booking is confirmed unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms may include:

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we ask that you provide reasonable notice.
Dustedit Cleaning Services reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee where:

- ✓Repeated last-minute cancellations occur
We may also reschedule or cancel a booking due to events outside our control, including staff illness, unsafe conditions, transport disruption, or emergency circumstances.
